Gearing up for the 29 Palms Book Festival in November, and looking forward to readings, signings and noir-themed panel discussions—stay tuned!

Had a great time with author MannyTorres at Bell Street Burritos in Atlanta’s Krog Street area for an evening of fab food and new noir fiction! Manny read from his recent novel A Simmering Dissonance (Anxiety Press), and the new Starlite Pulp collection of novellas, American Muse. I read from Baller, the latest book in the Eucaluptus Lane series from Outcast Press.

Looks like this could be the first of many readings to be held here, so I’m already looking forward to more. Thanks to Rubi and Manny, and all the wonderful folks at Bell’s for a memorable Friday night. I can’t wait to come back!
